    Whole milk

    INSTRUCTIONS

    1 Place the water, double cream, whole milk and sugar into a saucepan and bring to the boil.

    2 Break the chocolate into pieces and add to the saucepan, stir and cook on a low heat for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally and put to one side.

    3 Wash and cut the fruit into nice pieces.

    4 Thread the fruit onto the skewers.

    5 Pour a generous spoonful of warm chocolate sauce over each skewer.

    6 You could prepare the chocolate sauce in advance and reheat it a minute before serving. Choose fruits according to taste but avoid fruits that are too acidic.
