Conditions for Visits

• Each visitor must detain a paper or electronic entrance ticket
• This ticket must be directly presented at the start of the visit
in the main building
• You are requested to be on site 15 minutes before the start of your visit
In case of delay, your place is not guaranteed
• Your visit starts in a slot of 15 minutes following the booked time
• In case of an act of God or technical issue, a delay is possible
• For reduced rates, a proof is required
This ticket is non-refundable

Conditions for Workshops

• Each participant must detain a paper or electronic ticket
• This ticket must be presented directly
in our Atelier latest 5 minutes before the beginning of the workshop
• If
you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we reserve the right to refuse the entrance to the workshop
• For safety reasons, children under 6 years of age are not allowed to access the Atelier
We reserve the right to refuse access.
This ticket is non-refundable

1. Scope of application of the Terms and Conditions of Sale
All orders placed with Nestlé Suisse S.A. for CAILLER products (under “www.cailler.ch”/”www.shop.cailler.ch") are governed by these Terms and Conditions of Sale, to the exclusion of all other conditions. By placing an order the customer acknowledges that he has read, understood and accepted these conditions without reserve.

Nestlé Suisse S.A. does not accept any different conditions from the customer.

Nestlé Suisse S.A. reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time by posting a new version on this website. By placing an order after Nestlé Suisse S.A. has posted a new version of its Terms and Conditions of Sale, the customer agrees to be bound by that updated version.

By using the website “www.cailler.ch”, the customer agrees to be subject to our Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. Nestlé Suisse S.A. encourages the customer to read them carefully before using the services provided on our Site.



2. Registration
During the order process on the Site, the customer has to register and open a personal account. The customers is also responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the data provided.

When the customer opens a personal account, he agrees to update his information as soon as possible in case of a change of address or other changes. Orders can only be made by persons aged 18 years or more.

The customer must keep the password chosen during registration strictly confidential. He must not disclose it to any third party. The customers assume full responsibility for the use of your password and for all orders placed with it, even those made without your knowledge.

The customer can always request not to be sent advertising from CAILLER by filling in the form or send a mail to Nestlé Suisse S.A., Service des consommateurs, P.O. Box 2222, 1800 Vevey.


3. Orders
By ordering, the customer agrees to buy your selected products in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Sale. For each order a confirmation e-mail will be sent. Before the customer receives written confirmation from Nestlé Suisse SA, orders placed over the Internet do not form a binding contract for Nestlé Suisse SA.

The order is made following the prices and indications mentioned on the website the day of the order. If a product can’t be delivered, the customer is informed.

Nestlé Suisse SA reserves the right to refuse an order, especially in case the amount is more than Fr. 1’000.-.
Nestlé Suisse SA reserves the right to refuse an order, especially in case of payments that are refused by the bank.


4. Personalised services
Nestlé Suisse S.A. reserves the right to refuse any order whose content, text or image may violate a legal provision or violate public morals, in particular because of content that is offensive to humans and animals. Your attention is drawn to the fact that in order to provide some of the personalised services, Nestlé Suisse S.A. may have to call on third parties. In this case, the third party must at all times ensure a level of protection of the personal data transmitted equivalent to that applied by Nestlé. 5. Delivery
All orders are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the customer. The ordered goods are delivered by Swiss Post. The risk of loss and deterioration of the goods passes to you upon delivery of the goods to the Swiss Post. No deliveries can be made outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Delivery costs are at the customer's expense.

6. Verification of goods / Return of goods
It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the quantity and condition of the goods upon delivery. In the case of missing or damaged goods, the customer must notify Nestlé Suisse S.A. and the Swiss Post must be notified in writing within 7 days after delivery (the customer must keep the product, invoice and delivery note). Any complaint must be addressed to the Customer Service (026 921 59 60).
Before returning any customer merchandise, please contact the Customer Service (026 921 59 60). Unless otherwise agreed, shipping and any financial costs are at the customer's expense and the price paid will be credited to his personal account on www.cailler.ch/www.shop.cailler.ch.


7. Price
The prices payable for the goods the customer orders are those published on www.cailler.ch/www.shop.cailler.ch on the date the order is placed.
Prices indicated on the website include VAT.
Delivery charges indicated on the website include VAT.


8. Payment conditions
Payment is made before delivery of the goods, either by credit card (Visa, Mastercard). Credit card data is encrypted to protect the customer's security.
The goods are delivered to the address indicated as soon as payment is received.


9. Limitation of liability
Without limiting the scope of these general Terms and Conditions of Sale, no claim of any kind, whether as to products delivered or no-delivery of products, will exceed the amount of the purchase price for the products at the time of order. IN NO EVENT SHALL NESTLÉ SUISSE S.A. BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE (EVEN IF THE ADVENT OF SUCH DAMAGE WAS KNOWN OR COULD HAVE BEEN KNOWN BY NESTLÉ SUISSE S.A.) ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH ITS PRODUCTS, THEIR USE, THEIR SALE OR THIS SITE.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by SWISS LAW. Jurisdiction is Vevey.
