For the Fribourg's cow parade, you can make excellent chocolates yourself. Discover the secret of Cailler Cuisine chocolate tempering. Chocolate tempering lets you create pralines with a beautiful, professional sheen and a smooth texture. We show you how to mold the molds for fun hollow molds with a cow print "Clara". In perfect timing with autumn, our chocolatiers will show you how to make two ganaches that can be used as interiors for your chocolates. Let yourself be tempted by chocolate and create your own personalized pralines, which you can take home without having eaten yet. You'll also receive a diploma with recipes and a Cailler apron.
