Our chocolatiers will teach you the secrets of preparing your own French macaroons. After baking, you will experience that macaroons are perfectly round, shiny, appetizing and slightly crunchy on the outside and soft inside. You will pipe a delicious filling made from Cailler Chocolate and refine with the traditional pear syrup and double cream of "Gruyère". These little treasures are really too beautiful to eat. Yet so irresistible you can't wait to show and taste them with family and friends. Not only you are leaving with your delicious macaroons. On top, we reward you with a personalized Diploma, the recipes, and a souvenir Cailler apron.
