
Did you ever dreamt of making your own rabbit pralines? You can learn to create your own praline so that you can always enjoy a chocolate that corresponds perfectly to your tastes. In this workshop we teach you the art of making a delicious hazelnut filling and how to caramelize hazelnuts to give your filling a nice crunch. You will learn the secrets of tempering the delicious Cailler chocolate and mold your own chocolate shell that surrounds it. You will then leave with a nice box of personalized chocolates, a diploma dedicated with your name, a souvenir Cailler apron and a recipe to reproduce your creation at home!
