
Come and discover the secrets of making our wonderful milk chocolate, the legacy of the secret recipe, which celebrates its 150th anniversary
which has built the reputation of our swiss confectioneries throughout the centuries. This workshop marks this anniversary in a fun way and a sweet memory of our childhood.
During this workshop, you will learn and understand the different processes involved in creating a good creamy and melting milk chocolate.
You will also master the art of tempering and will be able to take home two chocolate bars of 200 grams each, which you can embed with carefully selected ingredients.
An apron and a diploma will be offered to you at the end of the workshop.
