For Schools: "The Secret of Chocolate" Workshop at Maison Cailler
Discover the fascinating world of chocolate with your class through our educational workshop, "The Secret of Chocolate”. Specially designed for schoolchildren aged 6 to 12, this workshop offers an engaging exploration of chocolate's history and the raw materials used in its creation. Each schoolkid will have the opportunity to craft and decorate their own chocolate bar.

For Schools: "The Alchemy of Chocolate" Workshop at Maison Cailler
Inspire your students with the fascinating world of chocolate. Our workshop "The Alchemy of Chocolate" is designed for students aged 12 to 18. Explore the alchemy of chocolate. Each student will create and decorate their own chocolate bar. Students will taste different ingredients and learn the art of tempering chocolate to achieve perfect crystallisation and perfect snap.

Let your schoolchildren discover the fabulous world of chocolate in the classroom.
Our chocolatiers, in collaboration with educational partners, have put their know-how at your disposal: They have put together 2 kits: Content (presentation of cocoa and chocolate knowledge and links to resources), exercises, tasting workshops and even a hands-on activity.
"Tout sur le chocolat" invites your students to reflect, share and develop a global understanding of chocolate.
2 kits have been developed and are available HERE.
