INSTRUCTIONS
1 Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2 Melt the milk chocolate in a bain-marie.
3 Remove puff pastry from refrigerator to handle as cold as possible and cut in half lengthwise.
4 Spread the melted milk chocolate on one of the puff pastry rectangles.
5 Place second puff pastry rectangle on top of chocolate layer and cut into 12 strips about 1.5 cm wide.
6 Roll up each strip twice, creating a shape similar to the above image: a circle on the bottom and two ends pointing up.
7 Place the puff pastry bunnies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush with the beaten egg.
8 Bake in the middle of the oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
9 Meanwhile, melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie.
10 Once out of the oven, brush the ears of the puff pastry bunnies with dark chocolate and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
11 Decorate the puff pastry bunnies as you wish.
