INSTRUCTIONS
1 Crush the biscuits with the nuts, add the 100% pure natural cocoa and mix.
2 Add the mascarpone and vanilla and mix until incorporated
3 Divide the mixture into 4 mini ice cream molds
4 Put the stick and refrigerate for 2-3 hours just to be able to unmold them
5 Unmold and refrigerate
6 Melt the dark chocolate together with the sunflower oil in a water bath or microwave, mix well
7 Put in a narrow glass (that fits the mini ice creams) and submerge up to the stick.
8 Tap a few times to remove excess chocolate and place on baking paper
9 With this amount of chocolate, there will be a little left over, but it is easier to cover all 4 well this way
10 Refrigerate until the chocolate hardens.
11 Melt the white chocolate in a water bath or microwave and put in a pastry bag
12 Write or draw reasons for Valentine's Day.
