INSTRUCTIONS
1 Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
2 Melt the chocolate and butter in a bain-marie.
3 In a large bowl, break the eggs. Add the sugar and whisk. Pour in the flour and mix again.
4 Add chocolate, melted butter and mix.
5 Add the crushed pecans to the dough and mix again.
6 Pour the dough on the baking paper in a rectangular mold.
7 Bake for 15 minutes for a brownie that is still tender, and 20 minutes for a slightly more cooked brownie.
