    Semi-skimmed milk

    Cream

    INSTRUCTIONS

    1 Peel and mix the watermelon with the mint. Place in the fridge for 1 hour.

    2 Melt the white chocolate and the cream in a bain-marie. Add the milk and place in the freezer for at least 2 hours.

    3 Serve the soup and place a scoop of ice cream in the center.
