INSTRUCTIONSINSTRUCTIONS

1 Peel and quarter the pears.

2 Mix the eggs, sugar, cream and almond powder.

3 Unroll the dough and spread the pears on top. Pour the almond cream and then the chocolate chips.

4 Bake for 25 minutes at 200°C at the bottom of the oven.
