Makes 4 glasses of approx. 150 ml
- Remove the cream cheese from the refrigerator approx. 1 hour before use.
- Chop a few chocolate pieces finely (approx. 5 g), set aside. Chop the rest of the dark chocolate finely, put it in a thin-walled bowl over gently simmering water, without letting the bowl touch the water. Allow the chocolate to melt, mix until smooth. Add half of the cream cheese and the icing sugar, put the mix into one compartment of the dual-color piping bag
- Put the chocolate in a thin-walled bowl over gently simmering water, without letting the bowl touch the water. Remove the pan from the heat, leave the chocolate to melt, mix until smooth. Add the rest of the cream cheese, fill the second compartment of the piping bag with the mixture. Fill the glasses with the mix, decorate with the cherries and the chocolate pieces that have been set aside.
