  • 160g of chocolate Cailler Cuisine Dark 64% 200g
  • 3 eggs
  • 70g sugar
  • 50g butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • a mould
  • a pan
  • a bowl
  • a whisk
  • a spatula

  1. 1Preheat your oven at 240°C.
  2. 2Melt 100 g of chocolate with the butter in a bain-marie.
  3. 3In a bowl, mix the whole eggs and the sugar. Gradually add the flour.
  4. 4Incorporate the chocolate and mix well.
  5. 5Butter and flour the moulds.
  6. 6Pour a third of the mixture into the bottom of the moulds. Place 2 squares of chocolate per mould and cover them with the rest of the preparation.
  7. 7Place the moulds in the oven for about 8 minutes.
  8. 8Taste them warm, unmoulded or not.
