Chocolate and hazelnut cake, flour free
CAILLER DESSERT Dark 80%
1 Preheat the oven to 170 °C.
2 Melt the chocolate with the milk in a bain-marie.
3 In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until frothy.
4 Add the melted chocolate and beat again.
5 Fold in the ground hazelnuts and salt and stir.
6 Pour the cake batter into a 22 cm diameter springform pan lined with baking paper.
7 Bake in the middle of the oven for 30-35 minutes.
