INSTRUCTIONS
1 Preheat the oven to 180°C and cover a 20x20 cm square mold with baking paper.
2 Melt the butter and let it cool down.
3 Mix the flour, baking soda and salt in a bowl.
4 Once the butter is lukewarm, pour it into the bowl of a mixer. Add the cane sugar and beat the mixture until homogeneous.
5 Add the egg and vanilla paste and stir again.
6 Fold in the flour and stir briefly.
7 Add the crumbled chocolate and macadamia nuts and stir with a wooden ladle.
8 Pour the batter into the mold.
9 Bake in the middle of the oven for 20 minutes until the surface turns golden brown.
10 Let cool in the mold, then remove from the mold and cut into squares.
