Spiced hot chocolate
Set-up and preparation: approx. 10 mins
Mix all the ingredients, bring to the boil, remove the pan from the heat, then cover and leave to infuse for approx. 5 minutes. Sieve the hot chocolate into a pouring bowl, and pour into the cups. Serving suggestion to serve cold: leave the chocolate to cool, cover and refrigerate for approx. 2 hours. Add ice to the glasses, mix the chocolate thoroughly, and pour into the glasses.
