Pistachio brownies with milk chocolate flakes

Material: 1 baking tin approx. 24 x 24 x 5 cm
- Preheat oven to 170°C. Melt 140 g chocolate. Using a knife, carve the rest of the chocolate into flakes.
- In a bowl, stir the butter into a smooth mass and add the melted chocolate, sugar, eggs, flour and the chopped pistachios.
- Grease the tray. Pour the mixture into the tray (approx. 2.5 cm deep). Scatter the chocolate flakes over it. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, allow to cool to room temperature, then place in the fridge. Cut the brownies into 6 cm pieces.
