Material: 1 baking tin approx. 24 x 24 x 5 cm

  1. Preheat oven to 170°C. Melt 140 g chocolate. Using a knife, carve the rest of the chocolate into flakes.
  2. In a bowl, stir the butter into a smooth mass and add the melted chocolate, sugar, eggs, flour and the chopped pistachios.
  3. Grease the tray. Pour the mixture into the tray (approx. 2.5 cm deep). Scatter the chocolate flakes over it. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
  4. Remove from the oven, allow to cool to room temperature, then place in the fridge. Cut the brownies into 6 cm pieces.
