Chocolate and coffee truffles
Preparation time: approx. 40 mins
Chilling time: approx. 30 mins
- Melt the chocolate and butter in a thin-walled bowl over a pan of gently simmering water, stir until smooth and allow to cool slightly.
- Mix in coffee powder, rum and egg yolk, cover and allow to cool for approx. 30 minutes.
Shape walnut-sized balls by hand, and coat with coconut or icing sugar.
