Preparation

Preparation time: approx. 40 mins
Chilling time: approx. 30 mins

  1. Melt the chocolate and butter in a thin-walled bowl over a pan of gently simmering water, stir until smooth and allow to cool slightly.
  2. Mix in coffee powder, rum and egg yolk, cover and allow to cool for approx. 30 minutes.

Shape
Shape walnut-sized balls by hand, and coat with coconut or icing sugar.
