Apple and chocolate bake
Set-up and preparation: approx. 20 mins
Cooking time: approx. 25 mins
- Cut a lid 2 cm thick from each apple at the stalk end. Core the apple using a melon baller, and make several cuts in the apple skin.
- Mix the chocolate, almonds, cream and chili, and place this mixture inside the apples. Put the apples into the ovenproof dishes and cover with the lids. Sprinkle with icing sugar, place the knobs of butter on top. Pour the apple juice into the dishes next to the apples.
- Cooking time: approx. 25 mins in an oven preheated to 200 °C.
