On our Valentine’s Day courses we melt Cailler Cuisine Lait or Noir 64% chocolate and pour it into heart-shaped moulds. After cooling, the pralines are filled with a fine creme and then sealed. You also learn the traditional craft of confectioners, enabling you to give your chocolates that final, expert touch. At the end of the course you are able to hold your beautifully packaged chocolate hearts in your hand – as the most delicious expression of love that anyone could wish for on Valentine’s Day.
