Ahhhh – soft chocolate hearts: these treats always have that special effect on dinner guests! And from now on, you have no excuse not to tempt them. A professional chocolatier will teach you how to make the mixture for the soft hearts, using the chocolate of your choice (Dark 64%, Milk or White Chocolate). They are then cooked in the oven. And while they are partially cooling down, the secret of the decorations which will amaze your guests will be revealed to you. The Atelier ends with a tasting of the still-warm soft hearts with a scoop of ice cream. The contrast is divine!
