Our professional chocolatiers will teach you the secrets of preparing your own Macarons. After baking, you will see that macarons coming straight from the oven - perfectly round, shiny, appetizing and slightly crunchy on the outside and soft inside. You will pipe a delicate filling made from Cailler Chocolate and refine with the traditional pear syrup and double cream of Gruyère. These little treasures are really too beautiful to eat, yet so irresistible you can't wait to show and taste them with family and friends. Not only you are leaving with your delicious Macarons, on top, we reward you with a personalized Diploma and a souvenir Cailler apron and hat.
