    Toasted slivered almonds

    INSTRUCTIONS

    1 Mix the fruits. Unmould one faisselle into each plate. Pour the coulis around. Place in the fridge for one hour.

    2 When ready to serve, sprinkle with slivered almonds and chocolate chips.
