    Small pears with firm flesh, diced
  • 2,00
    Bananas, cut into slices
  • 60,00 g
    Coconut oil, melted
  • 60,00 ml
    Maple syrup
  • 120,00 g
    Oatmeal
  • 80,00 g
    Almond powder
  • 1,00 pinch
    salt

    INSTRUCTIONS

    1 Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

    2 Spread the fruits evenly in a 20 x 20 cm mould.

    3 Spread half of the crushed chocolate directly on the fruit.

    4 In a large bowl, mix with a spatula the coconut oil, maple syrup, flakes, almond powder and salt.

    5 Fold in the remaining chocolate and mix.

    6 Crumble the crumble with your hands over the fruit.

    7 Bake for 30 minutes in the middle of the oven until the crumble is golden brown. Serve warm.
