INSTRUCTIONS
1 Cut off the top of the oranges to create a hat and empty them without tearing the peel. Cut the flesh into cubes.
2 Melt 5 squares of chocolate in a bain-marie. Using a toothpick, draw the mouth, eyes and nose directly on the orange.
3 Make a mousse: melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, add the egg yolks and then the egg whites beaten until stiff.
4 Slightly cut the bottom of the orange to create a flat base. Add the orange cubes and pour the mousse over them. Place in refrigerator for 2 hours. Serve with the caps.
