INSTRUCTIONSINSTRUCTIONS

1 Preheat the oven to 200°C.

2 Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, butter and egg. Add 3/4 of the chocolate chips. Form the dough into a ball. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes.

3 Cut the dough into 6 equal parts and place them in a muffin tin, forming cups. Add a piece of parchment paper on each cup and cover with coarse salt (so that the dough keeps its shape).

4 Bake for 15 minutes. Remove coarse salt and bake for 2 more minutes. Let cool well. Add a scoop of ice cream and decorate with chocolate chips.
