Cailler's take on a cookie classic. Because who doesn't love chocolate chip cookies?

INGREDIENTS & EQUIPMENTS

For approx. 14 pieces
  • 150 g Cailler Cuisine Lait, coarsely chopped
  • 125 g butter, softened
  • 60 g sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • a whisk
  • a bowl
  • a knife
  • a chopping board
  • an ice cream scoop or 2 spoons
  • a baking tray
  • a greaseproof paper

Approx. 45 min
  1. 1Whisk butter, condensed milk and eggs with hand mixer until frothy.
  2. 2Mix flour and all other ingredients up to and including salt and add to the butter mixture.
  3. 3Divide dough into approx. 14 portions and shape into balls using an ice cream scoop.
  4. 4Put 30 min in a fridge, lay half of them on a baking thin and flatten the balls slightly.
  5. 5Bake approx. 10-15 minutes in the middle of oven preheated to 180°C. Repeat with other half.

TOP TIP

At half of the baking time, turn around the baking tray for even coloration.
