  • 170g of chocolate Cailler Cuisine Milk 200g
  • 70g sugar
  • 60g slivered almonds
  • 60g butter
  • 50g flour
  • 3 eggs
  • a cake tin
  • a pan
  • a bowl
  • a whisk
  • a spatula

  1. 1Preheat your oven at 180°C.
  2. 2Melt the chocolate with the butter in a bain-marie.
  3. 3In a bowl, mix the whole eggs and sugar. Add the flour, chocolate and slivered almonds.
  4. 4Pour the mixture into a square pan, buttered and floured.
  5. 5Bake in your oven for 25 minutes.
  6. 6Remove the cake from the oven and cut it into squares.
