    Almond powder

    Soft butter
  • 1,00 tablespoon
    Sugar

    INSTRUCTIONS

    1 Preheat the oven to 220°C.

    2 Cut out 4 circles in the puff pastry, keeping the baking sheet.

    3 Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie. In a bowl, mix the almond powder, melted chocolate, soft butter and sugar. Add the egg and mix.

    4 Place the mixture on each round of dough up to 1 cm from the edge.

    5 Add half a peeled and thinly sliced pear.

    6 Bake for 15 minutes at the bottom of the oven.
