In this workshop we teach you the art of making a delicious gianduja filling and how to caramelize Hazelnuts to give the filling a nice crunch, as well as you be learning the secrets of tempering the delicious Cailler chocolate and mold your own chocolate shell that surrounds it. You will then leave with a nice box of personalized chocolates, a diploma dedicated with your name, a souvenir Cailler apron and the recipe to reproduce your creation at home!
