Create your own delicious selection of Ambassador Pralines. Become inspired as our Chocolatiers show you how to produce two delicious mouth-watering chocolate and caramel fillings. You will then learn the secret of tempering with your choice of Cailler Dark, Milk, or White Chocolate. The tempering of the chocolate will allow you to have a product with a professional shine and smooth texture, or as chocolatiers call it the "snap". Do not miss this opportunity to create your own personalized Pralines, which you will take home, with your own diploma of achievement and a Cailler apron.
