Discover the Atelier du Chocolat where you can make your own creations, under the guidance of a Cailler chocolatier. Here, you will learn such terms as tempering, conching and ganache. In these courses, you will create fine chocolates while working with bitter or sweet flavours. At the end of the workshop, you leave not only with some great memories, but also with the chocolates that you have made. The Atelier du Chocolat offers a range of courses to choose from each week.
